Transaction Currency
All transactions on this website
is in U.S. Dollars. We do not accept charges in foreign currency. If you
have a foreign credit card, you will be charged according to what your
credit card company is offering as an exchange rate to the U.S. Dollar.
We have no control over exchange rates. You may visit
www.xe.com to learn more about the
approximate local currency your credit card company will charge you.
Some credit card providers charge a foreign transaction fee. This
charge is normally a nominal percentage of the original purchase price.
If your credit card issuer has implemented a foreign transaction fee,
your card statement will show the amount. How this fee is displayed on
the statement varies by card issuer. Some may add the charge to the
dollar amount paid and post a single entry on your statement. Others may
show a separate line item with a description to indicate it is a
separate fee.
Refund Policy
ESTA.us has a
thirty (30) day full refund policy. Please
email us
if you wish to obtain a refund. Please include your full name, last four
digits of the credit card used, date of purchase and reason for
canceling the purchase. We work directly with banks and the credit card
companies (VISA and MasterCard). A refund will be issued directly to
your credit card within 2 – 5 working days. Please contact our Billing
Department for a refund request. You do NOT need to contact your credit
card company. We reply to all billing related emails within one (1)
working day.
